In 3 days from now, I will be on the road, Eastern bound. Saying that I am excited would be an understatement. This last Saturday, I celebrated my 30th birthday, and it was wonderful. …but when I get angry these days, I get more motivated. I leave in exactly 2 weeks. My heart is racing, the pressure is on…let’s go. Broke up with my girlfriend via email, so it ends the way it began…via email. I think I’m done dating people in general. So my mom recently set up a project on the fundraising platform, Indiegogo. Her goal is to own and live on a small goat farm. Tour Progress & Update
So…I just finished sealing up fliers to ship out to venues along with button orders tomorrow. A lot of progress has been made today. My hubby helped me get the room cleaned up a bit, so I feel like I can breathe a little bit easier. Been in negotiations with getting a show set up in Lander, WY. I’m excited because it’s somewhere I’ve never been before. A friend of mine contacted me and his mother is helping me to set up the show. So much to do, so little time…
Well, the date I originally planned on leaving has changed. So much is up in the air. I leave in roughly 23 days. My tax return has been beyond delayed, with no explanation of why, so there’s a lot of shit on hold, but I’m not giving up. I have about $80 to my name right now, a $450 tshirt order in limbo, a $50 dress order in limbo, and I still have no fucking clue what I’ll be driving on this tour. Seriously.
